The Richard A. Tapia Center for Excellence and Equity in Education empowers motivated, academically successful, underrepresented students. Programs are provided for K-12 educators, 8th - 12th grade students, Rice University students, and more. The Tapia Center believes that all students should have opportunities to achieve their dreams.
