Join Alumni Relations for a virtual panel on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace on Thursday, August 19 at 12 pm CT. Our panel will be moderated by Lina Bell, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rice Business. Our panelists are Julie Beaudoin ’02, Tracie Hall ’03 and Pranika Sinha ‘04.
Julie Beaudoin '02 is the Sr. Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Novartis in Basel, Switzerland. She is particularly passionate about patient inclusion and how to bring differentiated healthcare solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse patient groups and improve healthcare outcomes. For many years at Novartis, she held various positions in global brand management across several therapeutic areas including pain management, ophthalmology and antibiotics. In 2014, Julie entered the field of D&I at her company, where she defined the D&I strategy, designed and implemented actions in workforce gender balance, work flexibility and gender equity in healthcare outcomes. Julie is Canadian and has lived and worked in Canada, the US, Ecuador and in Switzerland since 2003. She holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Université Laval (Canada).
Tracie Hall '03 is responsible for developing and implementing McCormick’s Global Talent Acquisition Strategy. Her work includes talent forecasting and optimizing just-in-time sourcing, talent identification and assessment processes to ensure a strong and ready global pipeline. Tracie also partners with the HR Business Partners to lead the global strategy for talent management including workforce planning processes, talent and succession reviews, performance management and organization design. Tracie has extensive human resources experience including business partner, labor and employee relations, mergers and acquisitions and designing and implementing people strategy and programs. Tracie earned her MBA and BA at Rice University, and her MS from Carnegie Mellon. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2017.
Pranika Sinha '04 is the Managing Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Organizational Development at Greystone in Houston. Her resume spans several industries, including healthcare and oil and gas, and centers around oragnizational development and human resources. Pranika holds a bachelor's in environmental health engineering from Northwestern University.
