Each year, the students, faculty and staff of Rice Business join together for Rice Business Gives Back, a day of service. In 2022 we are expanding Rice Business Gives Back to include our regional chapters.

DC project: Provide on-site support for individuals experiencing homelessness at the DowntownDC Weekend Homeless Services Program.Time: 12:00 - 2:00 pm ETLocation: 800 block of Vermont Avenue, NW (between H & I Streets)Day-of lead: Jason Lee '20Other notes: Proof of vaccination is required. Ages 16+ only.
Denver project: Prepare and serve breakfast at Urban Peak's Shelter.Time: 8:15 - 10:00 am MTLocation: 1630 S. Acoma StDay-of lead: Raji Al Atassi '16Other notes: Proof of vaccination is required. Ages 16+ only. Limited to 6 volunteers.
Seattle project: Feed animals and do property maintenance at Sammamish Animal Sanctuary.Time: 1:00 - 4:00 pm PTLocation: 20727 SE 24th St, Sammamish, WA 98075Day-of lead: Vinay Venkatesh '16Other notes: Ages 12+ only. Project will be outdoors and may be cold and/or wet. Volunteers must sign and bring the release form with them to the event.
