Rice Business Partners - Energy Revolution Expertise: The Next 100 Years

Join Rice Business Partners and Occidental on Thursday, March 4 at 6:00 pm - 7:00pm CT for a meaningful discussion on the current energy revolution and what to expect in the next 100 years by Occidental's CEO, Vicki Hollub. 

For the world to remain environmentally and economically viable, there needs to be a dynamic shift in how energy companies operate to ensure the supply of resources address climate change and sustain their businesses. Houston-based Occidental, which turned 100 in 2020, is at the forefront of this energy revolution. The company has committed to use its global leadership in carbon dioxide management to advance a lower-carbon world. Occidental President and CEO Vicki Hollub joins Dean Peter Rodriguez to share her observations and insights on strategic sustainability and the energy transition. 

This event is hosted by Rice Business Partners in partnership with Occidental and is open to all Jones School students, Jones School alumni, Rice University alumni, Rice Business Partner members, and the general public. Registrants can submit questions for the panel discussion through this form; question submission will close at 5 pm CT on March 2, 2021.
