A Message from Dean Gorman

It was a pleasure to see so many of you on campus for Families Weekend at the end of October. I hope you enjoyed connecting with other Rice families and getting a taste of what the Rice experience is all about. If you could not attend, I look forward to seeing you next year — Families Weekend is a wonderful way to learn about your student’s experiences and the many resources that support them throughout their undergraduate journey.

With their unique perspective on the Rice experience, parents are among the university's strongest advocates. In addition to supporting their own students, many parents also contribute philanthropically to Rice to ensure that Owls have every opportunity to learn and lead, both on campus and beyond. You can donate or learn more about ways to give to Rice here.
